职位描述
工作职责：
1、协助部门经理做好招商工作，完成部门下达任务和指标；
2、负责寻找合适的品牌，搜集品牌信息资料和销售情况；
3、负责招商合作事宜的洽谈，签署租赁合同；
4、负责品类品牌信息资料的汇总、分析，储存品牌的资料信息；
5、负责市场调研，分析市场变化，搜集新品牌的资料；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、三年以上工作经验，其中一年以上同等岗位工作经验；具备企业的营运管理、营销策划、招商管理相关工作经验；
3、熟练使用办公软件；
5、协调能力强、沟通好、执行力强、抗压、认同万达。
